awclub8 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

01Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual player and awclub8. They apply whenever a person accesses the website, opens an account, uses a payment facility, claims an offer, or participates in casino or sports betting services. Continued use after a revised version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Additional rules may apply to individual games, sports markets, tournaments, VIP benefits, or promotional campaigns. Those specific rules form part of this agreement. If promotional terms conflict with these general terms, the specific promotional terms will apply to that promotion only, unless doing so would be unlawful or unreasonable.

02Definitions

• Account means a personal awclub8 player profile registered to one verified individual.
• Services means the website, games, sportsbook, promotions, payments, support, and related facilities provided by awclub8.
• Player or you means the eligible person who registers for and uses an account.
• Bonus funds means non-cash promotional value subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.

• Event means a sporting contest or other occurrence offered for betting, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football markets.

03Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are at least 21 years old, have full legal capacity, and are permitted to use online gambling services under the laws applicable to you. Employees, contractors, suppliers, and close relatives of persons directly involved in platform operations may be restricted from participating where necessary to protect game integrity.

You are responsible for determining whether online casino play and sports betting are lawful where you are located. 04Registration and Account Security

05Deposits, Balances, and Withdrawals

Available MYR payment methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, processing periods, and verification requirements may change. A displayed balance is not interest-bearing and must not be used as a banking or money-transfer facility.

• Payments must come from and return to a method owned or lawfully controlled by the verified player.
• awclub8 may request identification, proof of address, source-of-funds information, or proof of payment ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposited funds may need to be wagered at least once at reasonable odds before withdrawal to prevent payment misuse and money laundering.
• Incorrect credits, duplicated payments, chargebacks, reversals, or technical overpayments may be deducted from the account balance.
• Processing estimates are not guarantees where banks, e-wallet operators, security reviews, public holidays, or network interruptions cause delay.

Players must review transaction details before confirming a deposit or withdrawal. awclub8 is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate account information supplied by the player.

06Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

A wager is accepted only after confirmation appears in the player's account history. Odds may change before acceptance. For sports betting, settlement follows the published market rules and official result recognised by awclub8 after the event. Subsequent appeals, disciplinary changes, or amended statistics may not affect settlement unless the market rules expressly state otherwise.

Casino outcomes are determined by the applicable game system, certified random number generator, or live dealer result. Temporary visual errors do not create a valid entitlement where the underlying game record shows a different outcome. If a game is interrupted, the validated provider record will determine whether the round was completed, cancelled, or refunded.

Obvious pricing errors, incorrect odds, incorrectly configured pay tables, or bets accepted after an outcome became known may be voided. Where possible, the original stake will be returned. awclub8 will use reasonable judgment and retain an audit trail when correcting a material error.

07Bonuses, Loyalty Rewards, and Promotions

Promotional offers may be limited by account status, location, deposit amount, payment method, game, odds, time period, or VIP tier. Unless stated otherwise, only one person per household, device, payment method, or shared connection may claim a particular welcome offer.

A bonus may carry wagering requirements, maximum-bet restrictions, game weighting, expiry dates, maximum conversion values, and excluded payment methods. Bonus funds and related winnings may be removed if requirements are not completed before expiry. Hedging opposite outcomes, low-risk wagering designed solely to release a bonus, coordinated claims, or account duplication may be treated as promotion abuse.

Players should read the offer rules before opting in. If a player does not wish to accept a bonus, support may be asked to remove unused bonus funds before qualifying play begins.

08Prohibited Conduct

You must not use awclub8 to engage in or facilitate:

• collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, insider betting, or coordinated manipulation;
• bots, scripts, automated wagering, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with platform security;
• exploitation of software defects, delayed data feeds, incorrect odds, or confidential information;
• harassment, threats, abusive conduct, or misleading communications with support personnel; or
• sale, transfer, rental, or sharing of an account or any attempt to bypass KYC and account controls.

Suspected prohibited conduct may result in review, temporary restriction, voided bets, withholding of affected funds, account closure, or reporting where required by applicable law or licensing duties.

09Responsible Gambling

Gambling must be treated as paid entertainment, not a source of income or a way to recover debt. Players should set affordable budgets, avoid chasing losses, and stop when gambling affects relationships, work, sleep, or essential expenses. Deposit limits, cooling-off periods, session reminders, and self-exclusion controls may be requested or enabled according to platform procedures.

By using the services, you authorise reasonable identity, payment, fraud, and sanctions screening. Verification may involve comparing submitted information with reliable databases or requesting additional evidence. Refusal to complete a necessary check may delay transactions or restrict the account.

11Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

awclub8 seeks to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, telecommunications failures, device incompatibility, cyber incidents, payment network delays, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, awclub8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from platform use, missed betting opportunities, internet failure, or decisions made using statistics or information displayed on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Account Suspension, Closure, and Dormancy

awclub8 may restrict or close an account where verification remains incomplete, these terms are breached, security is compromised, unlawful activity is suspected, or continued access creates a responsible gambling concern. A player may request account closure through platform support.

Before paying a remaining withdrawable balance, awclub8 may complete outstanding checks and deduct valid stakes, chargebacks, duplicate credits, or amounts connected with confirmed abuse. Dormant accounts may be handled under notices communicated to the player and applicable licensing rules.

13Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in services, game providers, payment systems, security practices, licensing obligations, or law. Material changes will take effect from the date shown in the revised terms or a later date stated in an account notice. Players should review this page periodically and stop using the services if they do not accept a revision.

14Contact, Complaints, and Final Provisions

Questions or complaints should first be raised with awclub8 support, together with the registered username, relevant transaction or bet reference, date, and a clear description of the issue. Never send a password or one-time security code. The support team may request further information to investigate and will provide a response within a reasonable period.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with incorporated game and promotion rules, represent the agreement governing use of awclub8.
